Our products have a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not apply for damages caused as a result of the use and intervention of the animal. If the warranty is claimed, the defective product will be collected and exchanged for one of equal value. 

The warranty will only cover factory defects and will only be effective when the product is used correctly. The warranty does not cover breakdowns or damage caused by improper use or handling. The terms of the warranty are associated with manufacturing faults and operation under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only be effective if the product has been used correctly.

ANTI-FRAUD CHECK

The customer’s purchase can be postponed for anti-fraud verification. It may also be suspended longer for more rigorous investigations and to avoid fraudulent transactions.
